Dacron, a polyester batting, should be added to the foam surface to prevent direct exposure to the fabric. It reduces friction and wear on the fabric, while also filling in any gaps in your upholstery for a better appearance. When you receive your foam package, make sure to open it immediately. Do not let the foam sit unopened for more than 1 week and avoid using a box cutter to open it. Instead, use a ball point pen or pencil to make a small incision and continue from there.

Our foam is designed to last 7 to 10 years and requires at least 2 days to breathe and recover its original size and form upon unpacking. Ideal uses for our foams include mattresses, chair pads, seat pads, cushions, furniture, pillows, patio cushions, and more. Please note that there is a 50% restocking fee for returned items.
